This is the third card shuffler I've bought. The first cost about $20 and was nonfunctional within about a week. Junk. The second cost about $75 and, while it had nice wooded sides, it really couldn't handle shuffling two decks of cards as I was led to believe. So, after some research, I stumbled upon this shuffler. Yes, it costs quite a bit more than either of my previous two purchases but it is absolutely worth the money (just under $200 at the time of purchase). If you play a lot of cards, especially games with two decks, this model is a worthy investment. For one thing, it is not battery powered so it gets plenty of juice from the electrical outlet and can process two decks of cards with ease. Also, it works very consistently. It shuffles time and time again without it getting hung up on the cards. It's got a metal frame and heavy plastic top that holds the cards down when shuffling. Honestly, it's the type of shuffler people can't help but comment on. It's that impressive. A literal game-changer.
